1 Account Rules

• You are responsible for keeping your username, password, PIN, email, and phone number secure.

• You are responsible for every activity made through your account.
• We will never ask for your password, PIN, or one-time verification code outside the official website flow.
• Accounts used for abuse, fraud, cheating, or payment manipulation may be suspended or closed.

2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, discriminate, or publish offensive content against other players or staff.
• Upload or share illegal, harmful, misleading, pornographic, hateful, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referrals, promotions, voting, events, or payment systems.

3 Game Service

The service is provided as an online game community service. Server features, rates, events, items, rankings, characters, balances, and rewards may change for balancing, maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may remove, adjust, rollback, or correct game data when required to handle bugs, abuse, fraud, exploits, technical failures, or database issues.

4 Donations, Top Ups & Payments

• You must enter correct account, character, server, and payment information.
• Payments must match the amount shown on the checkout page.
• Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, or fraud checks.
• Failed, pending, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed payments may result in delayed delivery, balance removal, or account restriction.

5 Refunds

Digital items, virtual currency, rewards, and completed game services are generally non-refundable after delivery or consumption. Refunds may be reviewed only when there is a confirmed duplicate payment, system error, or failed delivery verified by staff.
